Refund and Cancellation Policy

sched.live shall charge and you agree to pay such fee, as may be determined mutually from time to time. You can use Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and any available third-party payment options available to pay for sched.live services.

sched.live may cancel or modify your services at its sole discretion without notice. If we do so, we will be charging only for services provided from the last paid to date. Once cancelled, there is no future charge for any service. If the paid to date is after the cancellation date, we will issue a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in your subscription. However, we will not give any refund for cancellation related to conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, the Privacy Policy or any applicable law, or any conduct that we in our sole capacity decide involves fraud or misuse of services, or is harmful to our interests or customers or other participating restaurants. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

If there are disputes related to any service provided, please reach us at support@sched.live. We will resolve the issue with in 15 days after receiving the email. Based on the resolution, either a refund is issued or it is rejected.
